At Hinata, this is how we prepare our Yakimono (grilled dishes). Our skilled grill masters meticulously cook each skewer one by one. Choose your preferred seasoning depending on the cut: Tare (savory sauce), Miso (fermented soybean paste), or Shio (salt).

Our fried foods (Agemono) and stews (Nikomi) are addictively delicious too.

In addition to our standard menu available all year round, we also offer original restaurant specials featuring seasonal ingredients.
